Oxygen-free copper bus bar is an indispensible conductor material for high and low-voltage switchgears, transmission and distribution equipment, large-scale motors, and other electrical apparatus.

 

 

 

Our oxygen-free copper bus bar begins with high-purity copper rod, and is one-time molded with continuous conforming technology.  Our products have a high copper content (no less than 99.96%) and low oxygen content (no greater than 10 ppm).  Our bus bar is available at any length with high consistency, low resistivity, smooth surface and uniformity..

2.4 Fillet and Circle-side radius

When a≤6.30m, there could be a fillet which the radius 1.5mm; when a≥6.70mm, there could be a fillet which the radius 2.0mm, it can meet customers specific needs.

 

2.5 Flatness

The narrow edge straightness of the bus bar in hardness (within 1 m length) shall not exceed the figures in the table. The wide edge straightness of the bus bar in hardness (within 1 m length) shall not exceed 5mm.

2.6Mechanical Performance

Bus bars tensile Strength, elongation and hardness shall follow the figures in the table. The wide edge of bus bar bended 90°, while there is no cracks on the surface.

2.8Surface Quality

The surface of bus bar is bright and leveled, and there are no defects causing disproportion as a good industrial product. There are no fins, burrs and cracks on the fillet & circle-side of bus bar.
